Walter Thomas Price III is the President of Fund Dynamics. Mr. Price has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of The PRICE Futures Group since June 1995 and is a principal investor in Uhlmann Price Securities. Mr. Price has been involved in the securities, cash commodities and commodity futures markets for more than 40 years as both a trader for his own account and as a broker. He is a graduate of the University of Texas and is also a licensed FINRA principal and NFA principal.

Allen Goodman is the CFO and was instrumental in the formation and establishment of Fund Dynamics. Mr. Goodman has expertise in performance measurement, economic modeling and business process design. He has primarily worked within the industries of financial services and management consulting since graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1992. In 1995, Mr. Goodman earned his Masters degree in Accountancy from DePaul University. Mr. Goodman founded and managed Exclusively Gourmet, Inc., a specialty food and confections brokerage company in 1995. In 1997, he joined BDO Seidman, LLP as a Business Valuation Consultant. In 1999, Mr. Goodman joined VIA International and worked as an advisor to Fortune 500 companies. In 2000, Allen formed Financial Products, Ltd., a business process design firm. In 2001, Mr. Goodman joined The PRICE Futures Group as Chief Financial Officer. In 2004, Mr. Goodman became the Chief Financial Officer of both Price Asset Management as well as Beeland Management Company. Currently, Mr. Goodman also serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Price Holdings.

Maura Clark is the Controller and Director of Fund Dynamics. Maura, a CPA and graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, began her career providing tax and audit services at the firm of Laventhol and Horwath. Upon leaving public accounting, she functioned as an independent consultant offering accounting and tax services to small and midsized businesses and their owners.
